This year, we have updated the SS140 with steel bushes in the rear shock, revised the design of the shock to make it more durable. Despite this being in the fun-bike range, most customers tend to ride them at tracks (jumping the hell out of them), so we have responded with the shock revisions.

We have also decided to give the SR140C a little kick up the bum and have factory fitted the legendary Z-40 cam kit (hence the 'Z' in the SS140-Z).This gives the SS140 an extra 2HP over any other company trying to sell you the YX140 engine. No other company can offer you this as a factory fit. Due to the very high compression, we have also added a brand new motocross style kickstart, which will be fitted as standard from mid June 2009. The revised 'man with a can' graphics now sport all of the Stomp sponsors logos and the red sub-frame finishes the bike off a treat. |
