Delivery & Returns Information
Collection in store is free and should be ready for you to collect within 3 working days, however you will recieve an email informing you of when it is ready for collection.
Delivery to a UK mainland address is 3-5 working days. - FREE standard UK delivery on orders over £100. Standard UK delivery is £4.00 on orders under £100. For US delivery please allow 7-14 working days - Standard Untracked US Delivery is £29.95 and Tracked and Insured US delivery is £49.95. We ask that you provide us with your mobile number so you can recieve a text message from our courier company informing you of the delivery status of your order.
We always hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Please include your invoice/receipt in the parcel and write on it the reason for returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange if possible.
- The items should be in their original packaging with the tags still attatched and all items must be unused and in perfect condition in order for us to issue a refund.
- If you are unsure of the size you require there is always the option to purchase an item online and collect in store where you can try it on instore / have it fitted by trained staff (for helmets, knee braces etc.) and if it does not fit you will be refunded or we will do our best to exchange it for the correct size.
- Helmets are non-refundable and non-returnable due to safety regulations.
- Return postage is at the buyers cost.
- If the goods are faulty we will refund your return postage costs.
