Riding a motorbike to your best ability takes strength, stamina and determination. Freestyle believes that these factors are of vital importance in all disciplines. We encourage our team to work hard at their fitness and carry out regular fitness tests with our riders. We have a close link with a local bespoke personal trainer in East Sussex, Simon Thorne of Thorne Fitness, who keeps the team at their peak and offers advise and help to our riders when they are preparing for the season and coming events.
A number of the staff at Freestyle Sussex HQ also attend his circuit training group every Thursday evening. Its not just the riders who take it seriously!
